At Gaylord Construction Services, our mission is to build with integrity, deliver exceptional quality and create lasting value for every client we serve.
We are committed to dependable workmanship, honest communication and doing every project the right way- with 100% effort invested from start to finish.
We don't just build structures; we build trust, relationships and a reputation that lasts.
Established in 1999 by Rob Gaylord, Gaylord Construction Services began as a private venture dedicated to developing his personal commercial and residential portfolio. Guided by a meticulous eye for detail, he specialized in revitalizing undervalued and underdeveloped properties, significantly maximizing their revenue potential. Following a series of highly successful transformations, outside clients began seeking out his expertise to replicate those remarkable results for their own properties. Thus, Gaylord Construction Services was born.
At Gaylord Construction, we believe that a building is only as strong as the foundation it’s built on—and for us, that foundation is family & trust. Founded and operated by Rob Gaylord, our business is built entirely around honest relationships, transparent communication, and an unwavering commitment to our community.
To us, "our word is our bond" isn’t just a phrase; it’s the guiding principle of how we do business every single day. When we shake your hand on a project, you can trust that we will deliver exactly what we promised, with the quality and care your family deserves.
Rooted in Family, Driven by Community
We are proud to raise our three boys—H, Charles, and William—right here in the community we serve. When we aren't on a job site, one of the kids ball games or watching the boys fish by the pond at home, you can usually find us volunteering under the Texas lights. We believe in giving back to the community that supports us, which is why our family actively serves on the boards of local youth sports leagues and high school booster clubs.
